Xhibeo reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if Xhibeo believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Xhibeo.

Xhibeo presents its website and does not guarantee that any integrated functions and materials will be without error or interruption, or that related defects will be rectified, or that either the website or the server are free of viruses or bugs. Neither does it represent or take responsibility for the functionality, accuracy or reliability of the materials herein.

Contract Formation

Any order placed on Xhibeo’s website is subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, for any reason and without explanation.

Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered onto the website, however, we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.

The contract to purchase a product or products is made when Xhibeo has received your submitted order and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order.

Cancellations and Returns Policy

Xhibeo aims to dispatch orders within the quoted delivery time on each product. If you wish to cancel an order without incurring a cost, you will need to do it before your order has entered the print stage. Cancellation once the order has entered the print stage will require payment in full. Should you need to cancel an order, please call us on 0044 (0) 1905 754209 during office hours or via email to sales@xhibeo.com.

If an order needs to be amended, we would suggest that in the first instance you call us to avoid incurring a further delivery charge.

Most products are made or assembled to a customer’s satisfaction and are therefore not offered on approval. All products carry a hardware warranty against manufacturing defect, and any faulty goods will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. In the event of a complaint, all goods subject to the complaint must be returned to Xhibeo within 14 days, along with a written explanation as to the reason for the return. Goods must be returned in their original unopened and sealed packaging.

In the event of goods being received which appear to have been damaged in transit, especially where the packaging may be crushed or pierced, you should either not accept the delivery, or sign for it as “Unexamined”. If this occurs, please contact us immediately.

If you require the goods to be returned for any reason other than the item being faulty, please contact us within 14 working days of receipt, explaining the reasons for the return. Goods must be returned in their original unopened and sealed packaging.
